In-Depth Responses to Your Questions
Speech Academy Asia Upper Thomson’s public speaking classes are suited for children from age 5 up to 16 . For 17 and above , we direct learners to our adult training programme.
Speech Academy Asia Upper Thomson offers in-person classes at their centres, and also provide online Zoom classes, though the majority are conducted physically.
For lesson focus, we describe training in both speech delivery and creative story writing (writing speeches on given topics, in depth).

Each lesson is 1.5 hours, once a week.
Speech Academy Asia Upper Thomson outline outcomes such as:
- Confidence development and self-esteem building
- Communication / linguistic development (e.g., body language, emotions, sentence structure, tone)
- Speech crafting (structure, flow, vocabulary strategies)
- Leadership skills (resilience and leadership-related development)
For phonics and speech and drama classes are suitable for 3-5 years old.
During the trial class, our teacher will assess your child based on his/her speaking abilities to express confidently, writing abilities and determine a suitable level for enrolment into our programme.
